A Vegan Thanksgving, Manomet, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA
Here's one way for vegans to have a turkey at Thanksgiving - get one made of dark chocolate! And the entire carcass is edible - head and neck included!

Although it is not stated how much if any chocolate Nikola Tesla ate, it is stated that in the latter years of his life he became a vegetarian.
ReplyDeleteIn an article for Century Illustrated Magazine he wrote: "It is certainly preferable to raise vegetables, and I think, therefore, that vegetarianism is a commendable departure from the established barbarous habit." Tesla argued that it is wrong to eat uneconomic meat when large numbers of people are starving; he also believed that plant food was "superior to meat in regard to both mechanical and mental performance". He also argued that animal slaughter was "wanton and cruel".
Just think you at one time you controlled, (air traffic controller) what Nikola help bring into fruition…you have more in common than you may realize, until now. :)
