Spring has just ended and its a great time to be out walking around - both to see the beauty of the area and to get some healthful exercise. This oak beside the road probably won't make but a few more years before it falls over - the remaining roots are holding on for dear life.
Applying fresh paint and performing yard maintenance are common activities these days.
Flowers bloom pointing up, down, and sideways.
A sunroom, seemingly floating in space, holds court over the unfolding pond life and forest life nearby.
An hibiscus blooms happily in the sunshine and warmth.
And a warm glow ends another spring season in New England. It is great to be alive here - for that matter, it's great to be alive anywhere.
