The bright low slanting rays of first morning light hint at spring days to come. The snow pile in the background is all that remains and since it spends most of the time in shade, it is slow to melt.

Ten hours later, the low slanting rays of late afternoon light.  The snow pile is a little smaller. Hopefully, this is the last snowpile for this winter........
