
The first floor walls begin with the two vertical elements at left which are structural steel firmly bolted to the concrete foundation

Otherwise, it's mostly regular wood frame 2x6 construction common in the United States.

It is always impressive to see what these two men can do with their hands and minds - with the help of a power saw and nail-gun, too.
