Bartlett Pond, Manomet, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA
A summer sunrise on Bartlett Pond in southeastern Massachusetts. Fed by Beaver Dam Brook and freshwater springs, the pond empties into Cape Cod Bay on the horizon. Part of Amy's flower garden is in the foreground. The pond hosts a wide variety of wildlife including osprey, heron, swan, geese, hummingbird, and hundreds of other bird species, bass, sunfish, pike, snapping turtle, muskrat, bullfrog, chipmunk, not to mention the human wildlife.
