It is mostly quiet people-wise along the Plymouth waterfront on this chilly spring day. The dramatic looking clouds are the leading edge of a huge storm system soon to arrive. The storm is bringing sustained winds of 30 mph with gusts to 60, rain, snow, and cold. In fact, it's the coldest in mid-May since 1902 I heard on the radio. We'll see.
