Strolling in downtown Chatham - it wasn't really as cold as these folks are dressed - but fall weather has definitely arrived. Chatham real estate average is more than half a million dollars (according to Zillow.com) - there is even a single family home currently listed for sale at $9,995,000 (six bedrooms, four baths).
