Bartlett Pond, Manomet, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA
A summer sunrise on Bartlett Pond in southeastern Massachusetts. Fed by Beaver Dam Brook and freshwater springs, the pond empties into Cape Cod Bay on the horizon. Part of Amy's flower garden is in the foreground. The pond hosts a wide variety of wildlife including osprey, heron, swan, geese, hummingbird, and hundreds of other bird species, bass, sunfish, pike, snapping turtle, muskrat, bullfrog, chipmunk, not to mention the human wildlife.

Behind the stage is the still standing brick structure of the Boott Mills from the great textile era of the 19th and early 20th century industrial Massachusetts. The mill is reborn today as lofts/condos and apartments on the Merrimack River.

Lowell, Massachusetts, USA
Lowell, Massachusetts on the Merrimack River was "the" American industrial powerhouse during the 19th century. Today, it annually hosts the largest free Folk Festival in the United States each July. Otherwise throughout the Summer months, weekly concerts are held outdoors where folks bring there own chairs and enjoy music under the stars.

A view of Cape May State Park from the top of the lighthouse. At center-right just above the parking lot is the famous Hawk Watch Platform, a gathering site for birders worldwide during fall migration season.
San Clemente, California, USA
A town of uncommon delight in coastal southern California: San Clemente is located halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego and has a quaint downtown, spanish styled whitewashed buildings, and beautiful surf and sun beaches - and don't forget that nearly perfect weather.
