Water, Manomet, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA



I looked at the weather radar the other day and saw this. Seldom do rain storms recognize a state boundary but, perhaps here is an exception.

Even though much of this area of the country is below average for rainfall this year, the State of New Hampshire certainly got a dose during this recent storm.



A rare moment on Bartlett Pond when the wind is calm and not a ripple in sight on the mirror-like pond surface.



And on a windy day, a small sailboat enjoys the 30-acre pond.......



.......while this flock of geese paddles about looking for a yard to eat grass and poop everywhere.



Cape Cod Bay turns silver at sunset at White Horse Beach.

It's summertime - a great time to be in southeastern Massachusetts.
