Château La Canorgue Winery, Bonnieux, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

If this scene looks familiar to you, it just might be.  This is the location where they filmed the 2006 movie with Russell Crowe and Marion Cotillard, "A Good Year," based on the Peter Mayle book of the same name.

That's the village of Lacoste on the distant hillside.

Now I want to watch that movie again. I remember enjoying it when it was released but it's been a while.......

A  très chic scarecrow.

Like many farms in Provence, this winery grows both grapes and a few rows of lavender, too.

(Note: this is one of two posts I published today - keep on scrolling down).
