Random Sights, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy

I am looking down from the roof on this beautiful deck/garden/patio of the neighbor across the street. Looks like a delightful spot to sit out and have lunch or dinner or whatever.

Inside one of the many Catholic Churches in Lucca.

This outside patio is covered in wisteria shown here blooming  in mid-April.

And of course, there is a tower visible on the skyline.

This marble corner embellishment on a building caught my eye because it looked like the sculptor carved a man's head on a baby's body.

A beautiful wrought iron balcony of a home adjacent to a remnant of one of the older walls that once partly enclosed  Lucca. I believe this arch is part of a wall section that is about 1000 years old.

The slanting rays near sunset time highlight folks out for an evening stroll or returning home from a day's work.
