Visitor and Pedestrian Friendly, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA

Pedestrians rule on the Plymouth waterfront.  These green crosswalks are everywhere around the waterfront and associated monuments, parks, and public scenic places.  It makes getting around very easy for the hordes of tourists who visit during the summer months.

Plymouth Rock is sheltered within the monument structure above - also easily accessed by the green crosswalks.

Pedestrians getting across the street quickly is equally important when the waterfront destination is Ziggy's, a popular ice cream store that's always busy on a summer day.
