Robert Treman State Park, Ithaca, New York, USA
This view is a curved panorama of Enfield Falls in the Robert Treman State Park. Not much water flowing on this day but, a few days from now a rainstorm moved through - what a difference as you'll see in a future blog post. (A human is standing right of center for scale).
I walked along the Gorge Trail and lo and behold, encountered this forest creature ready for battle.
The route was rougher than I expected - more ups and downs instead of following the stream bed more closely.
Filtering out all except yellow along the trail.
Filtering out all color and adding a high contrast posterize effect.
And back to normal view along the path to Enfield Falls. The entire Ithaca area is amazingly beautiful.
