On my recent trip to the North End neighborhood in Boston (at this link), I saw a few other interesting things as I wondered enroute. Above, a garden walkway in Post Office Square - with some post-processing enhancements. If I had only had the silhouette of a person in top hat, standing in the middle, legs splayed apart, arms splayed apart, and with jazz hands open toward the camera.........that would have been a winner.

And a block away, the Old State House is dwarfed by surrounding high rise buildings. It is from this building on July 18, 1776, that the Declaration of Independence was first proclaimed in Boston from the east side balcony to jubilant crowds who supported the revolution against the British Empire.
The British have arrived again - but nowadays, they are welcome.
Near Faneuil Hall, the well rubbed larger-than-life hand on the statue of former Boston Mayor Kevin White.
