As the mid-point of summer approaches, the blue thistle begins to reach peak in Amy's garden........
......while these yellow lilies glow brightly against the blue summer sky.
Not much of a photo - he was too far away and I had to zoom all the way out - but this hummingbird isn't interested in the lilies or the thistle - he is partial to only the red bee balm. Ah, summer in New England!
