Most places have at least a foot or two of snow on the ground in Manomet. The plows have done their work and all the roads are passable. All that's left is to appreciate the beauty. These are random locations in Manomet that I trudged by on a cold and windy walk.
View to the east, Cape Cod Bay in the distance.
View to the north, Stage Point in the distance.
Cars, trucks, and pedestrians all share the same snow-packed road.
There is another foot of snow due in the coming week. I wonder how much has to accumulate on top of the ice surface to break it up? (Panorama - click on image to view full width).
