Across the Harbor, East Boston, Massachusetts, USA

I spent the night in cold East Boston preparatory to flying from Boston Logan International Airport in the morning to warm Mexico.

Piers Park was nearly deserted except for a gaggle of geese.  It was very cold and very windy.  Imagine having an outer surface (feathers for this species) that you wear all the time, every day, every season. Never have to do laundry!

Nice views looking westward across the Boston Inner Harbor towards downtown as the daylight fades.

Boston is a beautiful vibrant city regardless the time of year.

  1. I love these pictures of East Boston looking west. I'm coming to visit relatives there is a couple weeks.
