Owned by a former San Diego man, the Baja Taco food truck offers San Diego-style tacos, tostadas, and burritos to Bostonians. Today he was setup in the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The Greenway is downtown open space where once a noisy freeway stood. The Big Dig relocated that roadway underground. The Boston Food Truck program is managed by the city and subject to permitting and inspection - it is not just some random folks with big trucks. There are about 40 different trucks that are located at 20 locations in the city according to a scheduled plan.
